Inclusion/Exclusion to/from a network

1. LED bulb must be installed with external switch
2. Put controller to Inclusion/Exclusion mode
3. Turn off then turn on (via external switch), repeat 3 times within 2 seconds
4. LED will change its color to indicate include/exclude completes

   • Value:

     0x00: nothing 0x01: hail CC 0x02: basic CC report

   • Default: 0x01 - for US version and 0x02 for others

4. Lock configuration
